What a worthless salesforce! Not even 500k tests. All the whining and crying on this forum. KC needs to bring in a consulting company and thoroughly examine every inch of this company. What a waste of a great product that’s been ruined by subpar sales reps!

Even more concerning is only 2 orders per Doctor. Should be a minimum of 7-8. Unacceptable at this stage of the game. Management needs to address this immediately.

FUCK OFF! Pfizer reps only know how to sell one way, they don't get the operational side. Some do, most don't. This isn't a drug

This low volume has less to do with the sales force and is mostly because the company does not have the structure in place to seriously address concerns regarding cost with ACOs,HOs, and capitated insurance. It is always about the money over concern for patient care. . This is a huge problem. Also if they really know how little effect Pfizer has had they would be shocked. They don’t seem to really sell , they are passing their tablets along to get signatures. They don’t even call on the right targets much of the time. You cannot sell COLOGUARD to an office in the same manner you promote a drug .Do not blame the sales force. They are the only people keeping the business going

Actually you are wrong and must be bitter. Maybe you can learn something from your Pfizer rep.

From KC..“Pfizer really has been an incredible partner. And there had been some moving pieces there. They are fully committed to Cologuard. Their commercial efforts have been remarkable, and we've learned a lot from them. We're obviously getting a lot of attention because -- and that was really a driving force behind partnering with Pfizer and Pfizer wanting to partner with us. We're getting a lot of their attention. Their health systems team is really kicking in. We're seeing the results of that.”

Someone at Pfizer seems to a bit insecure to their impact on Cologuard sales. We all know the sales team impact from Pfizer has been minimal. They are spit out the marketing message and move on robots. Doctors ask us why are Pfizer people mentioning our product. On top of this the splitting of our revenue to Pfizer post alliance has to impact our earnings. Anyone else gone from 150 plus percent to quota 2-3 years ago to barely making the 90s over the past year? Need to sell more to pay for the alliance. What a bullshit troll from the top. Thanks for trolling.

2 orders per customer is terrible. Time for the big boys to take over this product. Hate to see its potential not maximized. Hopefully Sales Leadership turns up the heat.

Just someone who actually believes in our mission and wants to help as many patients as possible. 2 per customer is horrible.

Look at orders per customer by area, not a National average. Why should people with very small territories with massive goals and massive volume be lumped in with people that don’t produce. And agreed, this is a cost problem, without the large systems you can’t move market share. Reps can’t pull through business if systems are not won. Pfizer has definitely NOT been the answer, they just benefit from the hard work that has already been done in “some” areas.
