    Run. This is not the place for you. No room for growth. Crappy pay. Upper management does not know their ass from their head. Go to a company that will pay you what you are worth.

    Agree. Been here just under a year. By far the most f upped company that I worked for. In fact, I share with friends some of the things this company does and they can’t believe me. Commission sucks, base is low, no leadership, RSDs are ass kissers trying to save their jobs, DSMs replicate this behavior. Corporate Head qtrs is embarrassing.

    Great gig to relocate or fill a temporary void and then move on to something more better. This is what most people do and it is evident by the turnover. BTW the training is pathetic.

    What role? If it’s surgical....run as fast as you can. Only 1 rep in the country at plan. 20% of the reps do not make any commission because below 85%. Quotas unattainable and product is decent but it is 10 years old. Tough to obtain the double digit growth which the Quota is set at. Npwt product is pretty much a copy cat in crowded space. There’s no incentive to push it. Comp plan blows. Leadership team is spineless and inexperienced in their roles and space.

    Agree with the surgical role. However, if it's chronic wound... come aboard. The base is the same but the commission program pays more than surgical. Chronic has a couple of layup guarantees structured in the plan that's worth 2k monthly. It's a pretty easy gig don't have to do to much and little stress because the product sells itself and the managers are clueless. I work about 25 hours a week.

    Who is responsible for pushing QuickBase? They need to be fired ASAP!! Why? Why does Convatec continue to push this useless garbage on us? Rick Marwah needs to go. Ever since he has come on board pushing this garbage nothing has improved. The entire salesforce thinks it is a waste of time. When will Convatec listen?

    This is 100% nail on the head. Most fucked up company I have ever worked for. No vision, terrible leadership, no upward mobility and shitty pay for unrealistic workload.
