How is the sales organization for the oncology business? Good team? Culture? Seems like there has been some turnover recently.

There has been a lot of turnover for the last 3-4 years. Ever since the new leadership came on and decided that reps should work more but get paid less.

If you’re looking for a solid 130-150k job maybe AngioD is right for you. Just don’t buy whatever at plan number they’re selling ya because I can guarantee you it’s most likely a fairytale.

130-150?? that’s a joke too. Most reps are not making any commissions. Clemmer brought his own personal style from Covidien. Slash rep comp (POS) watch them leave in droves. Fatten his fat ass. Do not come here. The recruiters are liars and are tied to upper management. Scum. Lure with a 6 month guarantee and then 0s. Do your homework. Stay away. Plenty of jobs. I recently left and Had seen enough in less than a year.. The comp plan is designed to fuck you over. Ask the questions about overage and “Claw backs” on NON overage sales. I’m happy now that I’m gone !
