Any info on this company? They are recruiting reps on the East Coast for IVIG sales.

 

Run as fast as you can. They are always hiring because they are always firing. There is no support, direction or strategic plan at this company. Business model borders on illegal practice. Sales is always the target for inadequate operational execution.

Stay away!

 

They are a Pakistani company and extremely click-ish. Their COO Mike Rigas is so full of himself for NO reason that pharmacists and students cant stand him... not an honest company and do NOT care about patients. They are extremely unethical and almost all executives are related to each other. Most referrals are from Pakistanis wining and dining them way beyond industry limits! ... Stay away!

any updates on this company? Seems like decent pay and good bonus. Stability? Work environment?

 

Hi! Do not make the switch. They hire and fire sales reps sometimes in less than 60 days. They do not provide any training and expect you to walk in bringing in 7 IVIG referrals.
There is no support from management, no transparency or communication.
Territories are too small to reach goals.

All expenses are paid out of pocket and reimbursed every 2 weeks bc they don’t give corporate credit cards. Mileage is $0.50/mile which is below the federal rate. Benefits are not very good, they don’t match anything for 401k. They also have a tracker your company cell phone and routinely look where you are throughout the day.

 

It is true,,a horrible company. Sohail Jaffry is a coward, not very smart but thinks he is....got there by bringing in some Pakistani Docs a while back now he sits and fires and manipulates the fat one, Serpa, to be his hire and fire bitch.

 

Unethical company. Many of their best clients are receiving kickbacks according to MD former employees. If you want to stay out of jail/courtrooms, stay away from KABA
