Not a secure site. You don’t see lock icon in browser bar do you? Anybody not using a VPN is vulnerable. Easy to track you!

Sounds like Schitface is now using scare tactics to bully people from posting here. They can’t track your IP address from here, they would need to subpoena the website for ip addresses. If you are using a company computer on Benco network and using to post here maybe they can check to see who visits the site but that’s about it.

What does that mean when you say “lock icon in browser bar”?

    What is VPN?

What do you mean “Easy to track you”? So they were right about the 3rd party company? They can pay that company to drives us out that way?

    VPN - Virtual Private Network

Lock icon - showing the website is secure for purchases(not something you'll see on a site like this)

It's s scares tactic, they're trying to get people to not post here that are unhappy and hang our dirty laundry out for the competition to see. Problem is that they already know (competition) what our issues are. This forum is hurting management's feelings by calling them out. They're upset because people are saying what's on their minds, hence the reason this site is anonymous. We have to grow thick skin in the field it's about time management did the same.

I agree 100% with above. They cannot track you. Management is getting butt hurt reading about all the bad that people are seeing going on with the company. It’s so true that the competition already knew and are laughing at us.

The security padlock symbol means ALL information between your web browser and the server is encrypted so that hackers and others using the Internet cannot snoop on what information is being sent back and forth. Only a FOOL would claim is for purchasing items online?

Common sense for most people that have been using the internet for even a short time period.

Hey Schitface, no need to scare me with VPN tactics. I’ll meet you at the Starbucks on Garrett and tell you to your face. Oh that’s right you ignored me last time I tried and instead told me to sell more. Go back to Office Depot or don’t they want you there either?

So, I don’t have this vpn. What do you all recommend I do for covering my tracks?

Get a VPN, there's apps that'll do what you need or just observe and not post here, that works too. Oh and don't use your company issued computer to be on this or similar websites.

    Thx

I’ll admit that I’m a little concerned, worried and having almost a mini panic attack. I’ve used company laptop and my phone without vpm.

I need ideas on how to get out of this if questioned. How do I respond if they approach me? Is there someone that I can reach out to to discuss this? I’m done posting on my phone and laptop. I’m using my wife’s. She’s not an employee, so they cannot track her, right?

    Sh!t, Sh!t, Sh!t.

Just to remind everyone that, per our policies, cafepharma does not record identifying information (such as IP addresses, etc) with anonymous posts. So even with a subpoena, we would not be able to provide any identifying information about the origin of anonymous posts.

However, if you are using company equipment or company supplied connections to access the internet then it is possible that your company may be monitoring your actions.

If the C&P staff were truly accredited HR people instead of former The Office cast members they might terminate him "Doughboy" for his behavior and repeated violations.

Thank you for clearing that up.
