Mike Collins sent an entire book of BS. 260 scripts and the return is $10,000 before taxes?!! We’re financing this operation with our personal cards and the mileage is crap! Clearly Xeris NEVER planned on doing well because they would have had more respect for the reps. Lilly’s vouchers are crushing us! We have no comeback! Get out now!

The plan was to never do well. The plan is to sell Xeris to highest bidder and ride off into the susnet. Why do you think its 2 years before your stock options vest? Becasue this shit show of a company with its bunch of idiot micromangers are waiting for a buyout. Leaving the reps with thousands of dollars of credit card debt they will never pay.

I’m reluctant to ask this in CP as my guess is the angry rep(s) will only respond.

overall, how is the culture here? Does the sales VP (Collins) create a solid environment that is rewarding, challenging and provides opportunity for advancement/development? Or like most companies, is Xeris driven by metrics?

It appears that there are a few openings at Xeris, and that is often concerning for a potential candidate unless you are in serious growth/expansion.

These are all back fill jobs some territories more than once. Morale is not good. There just is not a lot of interest from hcp's or patients.

Is there no value prop for the product or the technology?

No $ value savings. It's just the disease management has moved on with other drugs but mostly technology monitoring. Decent idea just too late in this market.
