No one is better than Ron at selling Relenza. The CV reps in New Orleans are lucky to have him. He is a reps manager.
One day I was watching ESPN classic and it was a game between Ohio State and LSU. All of a sudden this lean, fast, line-backer comes out of nowhere and knocks the QB on his keester... Next thing I know, Keith Jackson is calling out one, "Ronald Sancho." I am like Ronald Sancho, name sounds familiar... Then they put the picture of this kid on the screen and I'll be damned if it wasn't Sancho Villa himself. I've worked with Sancho for a long time and he is a classy guy. I am sorry he left Gilead but he is a throw back to those days when a rep was actually supposed to sell something and a manager was supposed to stay the hell out of the way if he/she couldn't help, an approach far too common sensical for the drones at IHD management. I think those were also the days college players weren't juicing, selling priceless artifacts or being stripped of the Heisman for being on the take. Ron is a great guy, no longer here, but that's no reflection on him and a lot more on us. Wherever he lands, I hope it is on his feet and a place welcoming of his approach.
I've worked for Sancho, and you are correct "what a hell of a guy to work for"!! I may ghave gotten my check from Gilead, but I worked for RON! There's only one good manager left at Gilead all the rest a cheese balls!!! No back bone all cheese! They all sold there soul for the MONEY!
Ron Sancho #52 @LSU-2x all-SEC outside linebacker. Not big, strong or fast but played with heart and guts. No bullshit as a manager, just cut to the chase and sell. Great guy and a big loss for Gilead.
He is a rep's manager....that's code for he doesn't hold you accountable.....probably sits on his ass most of the week like you.
You prob never work with Ron! Ron held people accountable, but he held himself accountable as well. Ron could sell his product better than any manager at Gilead or CVT! Ask JB, JT, CF, JB, GH to name a few!( all prev, or current managers) Hell ask Belardinelli! Ronand and his teams knew more about CVD than most reps in any other division accros the nation. I wish you would have worked for Ron, you'd know his commitment to reps!
That's a good reply; gotta respect that. Not the typical defensive and ignorant reply with cursing that demonstrates ignorance and lack of maturity.
Are we still talking about Sancho Panza? Who cares. Go sell some Ranexa now. If you are in bed you better be dreaming about Ranexa. When you wake up you better be constipated from all that Ranexa you are dreaming about. Signed, JH
Ron was one hell of an outside linebacker. Not the biggest, fastest or strongest but what he may have lacked physically, he made up for with a big heart. All SEC in 1988-89 in the NCAA's toughest conference. He was a key player in LSU victories over teams like Alabama and Notre Dame.
