I am currently interviewing with Quintiles for an Assoc with Trauma. I have read bits and pieces through various threads that the Quintiles position "sucks"... Can anyone elaborate and give me some insight as to what I might be getting myself into?
It’s not bad, it’s all dependent on who your senior is. They will make or break you, decent comp plan with gas reimbursement. Definitely the top paying ASC plan tentatively, especially with so many 1099 positions. Great benefits.
Put some thought into holding out for the quintiles associate RM roles. Work remote and Top out at 90-100k.
Synthes is not a place where you can build a career. Greedy senior reps, inadequate management, weak pipeline that is always behind the competition.
