Compensation very low, as CHEAP! this is a starting position in Primary Care! Don't get me wrong you get paid well for a Glorified sampler dropper, that's all you will be doing. Also management is MICROMANAGEMENT. You are treated as if this was your first job after college, NO RESPECT. Now if you haven't had a job ever than this is great for you. If you have worked in sales before and trying to get into pharmaceutical, great. However wont last long. If you were in pharma before this would be a SHOCKER for you and if you have a job DON'T even think about coming here you will be disappointed. Advice, look some other place.

Great company. There are a few micro managers so it does depend on the territory. If you hit your goals, you won’t be bothered. Starting comp will be somewhere in the 58-62 range depending on experience. Commission is 20ish.

My guess its you first Pharma job. That why the $75 is wonderful for you. Great company to start and get Pharma experience. After a couple of years you can try to move to the REAL pay segment. If job is in the NE proceed with caution, management is a bit anal. Good Luck.

Caution in NE Region. One of the managers had 5 /11 reps leave this year. Ask why? Is it because company or manager? If I was in your shoes that would be a question I would be asking. Another thing to look for, this industry is constantly changing. Everyday less reps, just FYI.
