Where's the November bonus?

Come on..Pay the CeraVe/LRP sales team their November bonus. Not even the decency to pay it out before the holidays. Disgusting! Just disgusting. Open your eyes Loreal.

 

If I could press a button and pay you all instantaneously, I would. Lots of process points with the monthly bonus. Do not project any negativity you have in your role overall toward the bonus and timing. There is plenty of decency here within the organization and great intentions and people who love all of our reps and who will listen. Trust me.

 

While you are at it, you should look into the recruiting and hiring trends from the past few years and when / if there are new openings, make sure you are NOT discriminating.
