No raises, No bonus, No backfilling vacancies, Same Ole Same Ole

The new year will be the same as all the others at Mann not so Kind.

The sales force will not be getting raises again. Funny how Mike C gave himself and the rest of the incompetent home office team significant raises. The bonus structure has been structured in a fashion that it should be called the No Bonus Program. Vacancies are again not being back filled. It’s nice to know that nothing has changed. Living the life at Mann Not So Kind.

 

Mannkind is a scam all around. It’s basically a shell company for its executives to fund their exuberant salaries. That’s the main reason why Mike recruits his buddies into management positions.

 

14 Rep positions were posted on 12/22. Why????

 

Not only has MC filled the executive leadership team with his buddies but he has done the same with the board of directors including the newest member of the board. Take a look at everyone’s CV. They have all worked for the same companies.

 

You are damn lucky to still be employed, it’s been billions of dollar loss for the founder and the company. If you can’t see the train coming then ok, Darwinism will prevail.

 

What happened to the mktg lady who came and went in one year? What was her story?

 

You mean Garrett? The Chief Marketing Officer who had no marketing background? She was a commercial manager and market access person. so in Mike C’s world that qualifies her to be a CMO and launch a multimillion dollar failed advertising campaign last year. Yeah, she was swept under the carpet nice and quiet like.

 

Nazi gets credit for the Garrett debacle. He brought her on and her kid (strong resume for a college grad with her only experience being in a sorority) was a rep for a split second.

But the genius who hired Nazi the Natzi was Mike C. That was the game changer and when everyone jumped off the Mike train!
