Chris do the right thing. Hire the most deserving person to replace you, not what will Make you look best with HR.
So who's the most deserving? That's pretty subjective. ....& I disagree. The person hired should be the one who'd do the best job, sincerely care the most, is fair & decent human being and is the best fit. Deserving? Not that my opinion matters but I'd hire DM, AW, or JT.

Caught and fired for grossly avoiding compliance regulations and promotional guidelines, repeatedly promotes those that are ass kissers and nowhere close to being prepared for their roles, avoids common sense at all costs (same with accountability!) and his sole motivation is to self promote and look good at the right time to the right people. It's hard to put into words how poor of a person this guy is, and how far from a leader he is.

He was legendary. Yes Forest Labs was one of a kind. Still have many great memories of all those hungry female newbie 'ride alongs' for sales training. So many memories of training the sales techniques all afternoon long ! !!! Now a retired DM 83 yrs old.
