Why are people leaving?? :(

    We never hear from a headquarters and as much as my doctors prescribe these drugs the patients never get the drugs!!!! We are sick of it. Lies and lies and we ARE working our asses off. Tell jazz hands to stop calling us and get products out the door. Im leaving like everyone else!

    Try NO money for 2 specialties and we are doing the job of 2 sales reps.
    Not one person says ‘I love my job’ everyone is looking and leaving as fast as they can...it sucks here

    Because people are starting to realize that they're making shit pay for selling in two therapeutic areas, missing bonuses because they change the numbers and are led by incompetent leaders while the ceo short stack markinson (who is trying to make the company look profitable for buyout for a massive payday) makes over $1 mill a year

    Everyone is looking. There is a complete lack of sales leadership from my nasty district manager to the national sales director to the VP. The NSD and VP in particular have no idea what's going on with the field. They think everything is hunky Dory. Guess what? It is not. 4 product strategy is a osmolex in particular is a problem because no one is getting the product! We are trying. I'm on my final interview and out the door soon. Headquarters needs to wake up and get rid of the garbage!!!!!

    She is a very interesting person. Not much to her but BS. She tries to get information from us in the field. No one here trusts her.... But thanks for making us work and then blaming us

    Old re-gifted Christmas presents in shiny new wrapping paper are still old re-gifted Christmas presents, which about sums up the Osmodex technology on Osmolex and M72. Why is this company still surprised they aren't taking the world by storm?

    No one is surprised. Most field people are leaving and im sure HQ folks are too. The access to the products are a disgrace. We are selling but to no avail. Can't take the poor leadership anymore while HQ sees and does nothing!

    My question is how are people getting duped into accepting job offers here? There must be some serious lying going on if anyone is buying what the hiring managers are selling.

    2 old molecules that are flatlining
    1 prenatal competing against OTC
    1 gel in a declining market

    Look at all the open sales and district manager positions listed on their website, and look at how long some have been up. Newsflash: none of these are newly created! People are leaving and Vertical can't con anyone into filling these spots. The clock is ticking on this joke of an organization!!!

    This company is in serious trouble. Its not really public with Only 3% Institutional owners, 5% Insiders C suite(6 of them w hundreds of thousands to million shares) and the remainder private equity. The 5 insiders no doubt have no intention to wait out the 5 years for their restricted free stock, their huge incentive is to pump and dump. But when people can't drive with dilated pupils after using RVL is when the real fun starts!
    Thats if a sucker co buys them
    Get out before its too late

    Because the writings on the wall. Sales force is expendable. Very easy to see. No trust. They treat the sales force with contempt. Where’s the salary increase (half are paid in the 60s other half 100s) all selling same products! Products are meh most with bad coverage and expectations are unrealistic! Goals are set Willy Nilly by a few ppl. Just bad. Will always be a underperforming company until professionals are brought in and reps are treated with respect.
