Hope new changes come thru in 2020. John Sutherland has no fucking idea how to run this division. He should just stay as a product specialist, he doesnt listen to what field reps are telling him. He brags about his arthrex days, well shit maybe he should go back to arthrex and sell anchors. I thought Zimmer was the leader in the orthopedics industry, instead we got bunch of product nerds that became managers and they dont know how to manage. These nerds run around and cover total ankles. They claim to pay their reps the highest in this industry, yet they pay the least. Even small companies like P28 and Integra pays their reps higher. What a fucking joke!!!
You chose to stay or leave. Mark bazyak doesn’t control you. Find something else or quit whining. John s is a great asset doing his best. And if wasn’t for those guys covering cases you wouldn’t be able to figure out how to open the box.
