With announcement of CEO and CFO stepping down, now what say you?

I honestly believe this new drug can put us on the map and hopefully get a better company interested in buying us. The problems here start at the top and as long as the CEO and VP are running things we're doomed. It still astonishes me that so many previous representatives still post.

 

The president, the VP, the CEO and CFO have all been pushed out in the last 3-4 months. The sales force is either older experienced reps who don’t give a **** and are looking for a crap paycheck so they can ride out the last 3-5 years for retirement. 23 year olds who have no clue what they’re doing and are not given any tools to succeed. Or the 28-35 year old reps who worked their asses off for crap base salary, raises that were promised and never paid, and crap bonuses that have had the IMS data (which is 3 months behind) manipulates so they don’t have to pay you. Management pulls on the reps heart strings to make them feel like we are all “family”. Family doesn’t f*** family out of money and get away with it. Do yourself a favor- don’t ever have anything to do with these people. Reach out to any rep that’s been there since it started and they will tell you the exact same thing.
