Sales Leadership is a JOKE

Can anyone please explain why our VP of Sales has a job? Talk about a useless person. Came to a recent POA and was worthless. Sat there playing on his phone and asked a bunch of stupid questions. Not impressed with him at all.

 

He was probably on tindr. Between him and the nsd I wasnt sure which was worse. Both useless.

 

This place is full of large egos which are just covers for their inadequacy in being able to do their job correctly. I'm looking.

 

What exactly are they not doing and which side of the business? Cardio? Special Care?

 

Ha! I'll answer that one. Half the rbms on both sides dont know how to manage and dont know the business. They have favorites. Hr violations galore. Havent been here as long as some but it is so obvi.

Many of the top IC earners couldn’t tell you what really goes on in their accounts. They play the game and dance with the RBMs. The NAMs are unethical. They play games with our customers. We have to fix the problems. Parma is watching and will not stand for the BS that is being communicated. I give VPS 6 months and he will be fired.

 

Nailed it right on the head. NSD should get canned too. Gives us all bs speeches and he really likes to just hear himself talk. Let's continue to drive the price up on products to makeup for mismanagement and shortcomings of upper mgmt. Rbms here are useless. Mine doesnt know a thing about the business.

You have a very very serius attitude problem. Our Leadership is Mensa level. They think and work on a higher plain than we mere mortals in the rank n file. Suck it up and celebrate our Leadership or suffer the effect.

 

I honestly don't know what to think. Im just researching company. So much negative on here that its making me have doubts. I sure would like a reasonable look at things with out the extremes on both ends if its possible. Sure looks pretty good from the outside.

 

My friend it looks and is GREAT from the inside. There are one or two disgruntled ex employees out there trying to tarnish this gemstone with negative B S posts. . Our sales force is super, world class compensation and bonus plan. But we are very selective with high standards (including blood, drug and earwax tests and suitability screening) in who we hire, so if you are not up to really working then don't apply.Our motto is LET'S GO GO GO !!!
