The Distributor From Hell

I just came across this review of Natural Partners. It looks like their low standards are catching up with them.

I agree completely. I gave up on them years ago. I use Emerson Ecologics.

 

I tried using the Natural Partners dispensary service, Fullscript and had nothing but problems. I definitely wouldn't recommend Fullscript or Natural Partners.

I considered doing business with Mountain States Health Products, but they don't carry many brands and their dispensary service isn't well developed.

Natural Dispensary is very small, their platform needs improvement and they carry only a few brands.

UNFI Wellness is great for health food stores. They supply products that are in open distribution, so they aren't a good fit for practitioners and don't offer a dispensary service.

Emerson Ecologics is by far the best distributor for practitioners! They just don't have any real competition. Their Wellevate dispensary is awesome!

 

Doing business with Natural Partners is like trying to depend on inmates in an insane asylum.

 

I used Natural Partners and Fullscript for a while and it was like dealing with a cage full of monkeys. Everybody does their own thing. Nobody knows what anybody else is doing. There's no coordination between people at the company. There's no guidance. There's no leadership. There's no management. Everybody makes it up as they go along. Everybody is a screw-up and they screw up everything they do. Honestly, it was just a disaster and the worst experience I've ever had in my professional career. Natural Partners exemplifies the expression about being "in the right place at the right time." They got in on the ground floor of the explosion of popularity in professional dietary supplements. If their founders had entered any other business, they'd have been history very quickly. That's what should have happened. The problem is that Emerson Ecologics is their only competitor. What's a manufacturer to do? Use Mountain States Health Products? I don't understand why they haven't grown more that they have. I'd like to see them become a real competitor to Natural Partners. The people who have profited from investing in and operating Natural Partners are so undeserving. It should take more than being in the right place at the right time to be successful. Honestly.

Natural Partners is so desperate to escape their horrible reputation that they're now moving their entire business to their trade name Fullscript.

 

There's also the dispensary Doctors Supplement Store, but they don't carry as many brands as Emerson.
