I’m not surprised, I’m impressed a woman was able to make it that long in the good old boys central area. The HS frat boy leaders were taking over that region.

Oh come on, was it the frat boys who made her an unfriendly unapproachable witch? I personally witnessed her snub her own reps at an award trip. Let’s be honest her being a woman had nothing to do with her downfall.

She was an affirmative action hire.

Diversity gone wrong. Women have replaced minorities here in Affirmative Action Hiring. Women help us hit our diversity numbers.

what numbers are those that you’re referring to? What percentage are we trying to hit? And, isn’t it possible that a woman can be hired because she is good at a job as opposed to hitting some sort of quota? And, what’s your source of info?

Listen to the my company meetings idiot! Women in leadership ratio is spoken about.

I do listen. I’ve never heard any mention of what you claim. If you have to fabricate information to make your point, perhaps your point wasn’t worth making.

No wonder you are still a rep, listen closely. I’ve heard it and read it. Don’t be stupid. 40%. Fact check it stupid

Actually, you have no idea who I am or what job I do. Regardless, are you trying to demonstrate how those who have been promoted are supposed to act? Make up statistics about a fabricated point and then call people stupid who know that you’re lying? Are those the characteristics all ‘lowly reps’ should aspire to?

And, yes, I’ve made you look foolish once again. I’m sorry...but, you make it so easy!

Check with your CEO. You can also look it up. Women in leadership positions is a metric. If you don’t know that you’re stupid.

Still calling people names who point out that you’re wrong? That’s sweet. Pound on the table next time. That will really help!

Part of our diversity and inclusion. 40% women in leadership is our quota. affirmative action for women. Woman have replaced racial minorities on affirmative action hiring.

Hopefully our executive leadership team is working to balance things out with 40% goals. However, the problem is so much bigger! WDL was a good example, women are still almost always labeled too weak or a b***h. Men are still making way too many decisions in their private club. If you dare as a woman to try to get in, what do you think happens? There may be parts of the country doing better, but here in the Midwest, NNI is so far behind other companies that I’ve worked for... top 500, high performing companies. If Novo expects to attract (and keep) high performance women, they need to look behind the curtain!

WDL was in Ohio and CESH is in Chicago - that’s 2 women. And DIBL is incredibly feminine, and he’s in IN & IL. What else do you want in the Midwest!?

Hire to most qualified regardless of gender. We don’t need anymore under achievers here. Having a female to male ratio discriminates against men.
