    Yea, really weird..had great interview and thought I would likely move on to next round and then I was ghosted by the Manager as well. Manager seemed pretty cool and thought I was looking good since I had been calling on Urologists for the last 7 years in the territory. Not quite sure what he was looking for. Oh well, congrats to whoever he hired

    Unfortunately, think ghosting is pretty much the norm now. Just an overall lack of class and etiquette anymore.

    I think all the hiring is complete! bummer, looked like a good gig. Poor follow up after interview process

    cheap and dumb only wants non thinkers, he's not that smart. This company is a disaster, what happens when your in the launch and nobody is making money. Do you expect cheap and dumb to make a good decision. The managers are a refelction of his hiring. If your smart, you didn't get an offer. Reach and Frequency is all cheap and dumb knows.

    Why did i come here? Whoever was posting about cheap and dumb was spot on!!! I cant cant believe how stupid this company is. We will fail, my manager is clueless and im not that impressed with other managers. Cheap and dumb is spot on!! What an idiot. The industry thinks you hire experience. You didnt get it with cheap and dumb. Im already looking, this company sucks, you should fire cheap and dumb now. We all fail due to him...

    How's everyone feeling about the potential of the product? Doctors actually seem pretty excited about it.

    Can't wait to see what the future holds and for all the negative people to eat their words.

    I wondered how the Hartford Territory Manager got the job, she's having an affair with a married man and being sued. Not someone I would trust.

    Anybody excited about the launch? Physicians actually seem very intrigued, I just hope we didn't price ourselves out.

    drug is as old as dirt. gel formulation ? like every generic company can make that. if sales ever get over $50 million this puppy will go generic asap.

    Company thinks they will be successful by driving rebates through uro gpo. I've heard the contracting people saying they don't need sales reps they will drive the sales. The way they will price this we are going to struggle due to the inflated goal the reps get. The NSD isn' that bright and nobody advocates for the sales people. It's the same playbook different story.

    You were obviously full of it, the goals are very attainable based on our launch meeting. We should all be very excited to have joined this company. They have done a great job of taking care of us during these times when other Pharma companies have had major layoffs. It's not a perfect company but definitely one that has taken great care of their employees so far

    You keep telling yourself that, the only reason you replied is because you are seeing a grumbling in the troops. This is your own issue as you know people are seeing through your incompetence. The sales team is smart, they see through the incompetence of their leader. That's why you posted!

    Uptake has been great, we are ahead of target.. what do you have to say now jackass?

    And of course, this is a launch during Covid times. We would be way ahead of schedule if that wasn't the case. The drug sells itself.

    First off, you dont have a crystal ball regarding how our sales would be if we didnt have covid, thats the "dumb" part. Lets see if you actually follow up on the bonus potential, thats the "cheap" part. Its obvious the sales team isnt impressed with you. In fact you should be like Biden and just hang out in your basement. Most drugs have a decent uptake in beginning, its 6 months in where you fail the sales team. You were stupid to debate me on this site, im smarter and quicker than you. Its obvious i struck a nerve, oh wait maybe i just told you what you already knew.

    Interesting language from an NSD, I must have really gotten under your skin. Thank of it as a favor! it's something you already knew and were trying to hide. The only reason you got the job is because you were willing to put the companies you worked for first, compared to your family. Maybe you were the guy that invented the all day conference call just to hear yourself speak. I'm sure you also created, "Reach and Frequency!" The funny thing is, they have nothing to do with sales. Sales is about people and creating an environment for them to do their job. But there is one problem with that, you have to trust your people, hire people that are smarter than you. Individuals like yourself are uncomfortable with that so you hire "yes men (or women)" They will actually listen to your drivel and tell you what you want to hear. I have noticed that here. I'm glad your a MAGA supporter, it shows your not a lost cause.
