This division is the worst. Not sure about other areas but the West is horrible. MB and his junior Pfizer pharmanazi squad. Guy is a complete tool. What person makes it to RD level and their best business strategy is more samples and calls on people who are already tired of seeing us every week. I love my customers but this is horrible. Half the people I know are updating their resumes to start looking. This division just continues to go from bad to worse to shit!

Then again Derm is a primary care like product so needs to be in IM with a primary care business model. No reason to be in specialty being a PC drug divison

 

Derm is part of I&I with the same President as Biosimilars and Xeljanz. They launched Xeljanz with a black box. So yes they will launch w black box if it comes down to that.

 

I know the Presidents are both from Europe but who is the US VP of Derm?
Usually the Pres and Marketing make the culture either call activity driven like primary care or performance ground up culture like most specilaty divisions.
Could be Europe socialize medicine model influence though.
