The stock is rising from people who are purchasing based on the sudden growth. Unfortunately, these same people are not aware of the split which is the real reasons for the sudden growth. It’s a shell game.

Even splitting stock can’t help this sinking ship

Don’t look now but they just took a loan to payoff a loan. Like when you were in school and needed to get out of debt - you would use a new credit card to payoff an old credit card....not a good sign and not a great way to conduct business. The debt here is just too damn deep without enough new revenue to carry the weight. They’re sinking in it.

March 9th is approaching. Going to take a miracle to not be delisted from NASDAQ

Alimera is trading at $6 and change. How could we be delisted? Check your facts.

They are well aware of failing companies pulling reverse split shenanigans to prevent delisting. That’s why there is also a $50,000,000 minimum market cap for 10 consecutive trading sessions to remain listed on NASDAQ. Check YOUR facts!!! Lol

You are the same one ex-employee that keeps posting the same doom and gloom on this thread. Why don't you find a job and move one? Can't you see no one chimes in on your 'living in the past' bs?

The company is less than one month away from NASDAQ delisting. Doom and gloom is appropriate.
