Spoke to a recruiter today, he asked why so many people at Radius are looking to leave. Told him the truth, employees are not valued, treated like primary care reps and there are managers that are horrible to their reps.

Board doesnt care, and JH doesnt either and he is overpaid.............
We compared total CEO remuneration at Radius Health, Inc. with the amount paid at companies with a similar market capitalization. Our data suggests that it pays above the median CEO pay within that group.

Over the last three years, shareholder returns have been downright disappointing, and the underlying business has failed to impress us. Although we'd stop short of calling it inappropriate, we think the CEO compensation is probably more on the generous side of things.

All about following the money. I am sure major players have lost money. Just trying to recoup their loses. I suggest they cut JH and JK salary by 35%. We all have endured that with bonuses and so called "merit raises" which is a joke.

I don’t know, maybe the field has their own version of JK. I like him. He’s one of the few leaders (at least in PA) that smiles and says hello and actually knows your name. That goes a long way with me. I actually think the Wayne office has the best representation of senior leadership, well except for one who thinks they are better than everyone. Will let you figure that out.

Old trick, pretending he cares about you and your work. He has the same old stories every time he speaks. How about his family and working hard to have a better life for himself...that is every ones story. Nothing new there, i see no creative thinking, asking anyone what they think, did you look at his salary and compensation. Over paid just like JH.

Now that is as low a bar for a senior leader, smile and remember your name. How about remember promise about pay, bonuses, territories, unreported sales, pipeline? Just smile!

Here is a great way to end the week. JK bonus for fiscal yer 2019....drum rolll. 219, 875. And yours? Yes, over paid. Looks like he gets compensation for missed or lost pens. Good question to ask him when he remembers your name. You are being used by him and other senior leaders ( i use the word leaders tongue in cheek). Let's agree on this, time to ask questions about equity and bonus structure.

Yes, Radius is another company made up of people who are imperfect. Good luck finding one that isn’t. My experience as a rep has been tremendous but not perfect. They listen to employees that are solution oriented. No good leader(Radius or otherwise) wants to listen to a lazy rep who complains but can’t come up with a better alternative. Dead weight!

The fact that you are coming to this site to gripe says everything about the employee you are. Have you ever gone to the leadership with a and an alternative suggestion? Have you ever asked to help find a better way? If your only proactive move is cafe pharma, you are not patient centric and you need to go find another industry to work for. Radius is extremely open minded and welcomes any employees open dialogue. Bitching on CP is like sending an anonymous letter and expecting action.

I often reach out to leadership in different departments and have always felt respected for it. They are very open minded to the reps and appreciate our experience in the field.
Do I think reporting is perfect? Do I think I’ve had a few situations that frustrated me? Do I think other companies deal with the same issues? Yes. Yes. Yes.

Do I know my manager and many other leaders have all of our backs? Do I believe JK and JH truly care about me?
Do I feel that my development at this company has been exponentially greater than any other position? Yes. Yes. Yes.

Bitching about JK and JH salary. Really? What CEO isn’t overpaid. Non profit CEOs make more than them. If I had the capabilities to be a CEO or VP of Sales, I would be overpaid too. The fact that you are bitching on CP makes me think you are tremendously overpaid too. Anyone who is making over 90k, but comes to CP to complain should go get a commission based job. Might make you realize how good you’ve got it!!

I make the mistake of coming to cp once in a blue moon. Everytime I do, I remember why I choose to avoid this format. It is almost always a negative spin on any real information.
If a company is so bad and you are so miserable then leave. I have met some of the most dynamic people at Radius. You clearly are hanging out with the naysayers that will hopefully leave along with you.

I am glad you are happy.
My experience was very different. Yes I talked to leadership. They flat out did not care, did not listen, lied, took money away.
Salary is there to point out they do not treat others as they treat themselves. Just look at the turnover. The company that did the company survey was so concerned they went to the board.
Yes I left, tried to stay because I loved the people I worked with, but got tired of bonus date and amount changes, quotas created in a garage, and when the facts were brought to their attention NOTHING happened.
I am glad you see it differently, good luck.

I think this is everyone experience. Again, we had a large turnover. First they do not pay their reps as comparisons to other companies, the car allowance is to 200 to 300 dollars below standards. Travel has become a huge issue, spending 6 hrs in a car to see 2 people. THey maded many mistakes in the beginning and they now are trying to fix, however all at the expense of the sales force. Lack of consistency with bonus structure and dishonest with goals and achievement. Should senior leadership be making that amount of money...if you do not treat everyone with respect then you have no loyalty. Makes no send to me in having the argument that all senior management are over paid. Do you want the company to be viable or not. You will be targeted by HR and mamagment if you are too verbal, history here with this company, look at the high performance who have left.

There is definitely something wrong with him. Very odd person. He needs more medication or additional therapy. However you have to look at JH or JK, who allow that behavior to continue. But they are just killing time until the end.

I interviewed recently for an internal role working at the corporate office.

When different departments talk behind each other’s back while they are interviewing YOU. That’s when you know STAY FAR AWAY!!

I had never experienced anything like that before. I guess you don’t have a leader over seeing all groups. Lot of tension in the organization

he is a big reason people leave and don’t want to come here. He looks like a character from an adult cartoon. He is not mentally stable. Actually highly negative.
