360 done. Let’s see what happens. Hopefully the truth won’t be buried due to his friendship with SR.

Potential backlash of people leaving if changes don’t happen.

The accent doesn't help at all when he yells. He loves to yell, so demoralizing and unconstructive to his team. I am not part of his group, thankfully, but have seen this guy in action. Steve has a lot of dead wood and losers that he apparently hand picked. Good going.

How did he do at the FDA Advisory Committee Meeting??? Oh that's right, pretty bad!

Regardless of whether his problems are obvious or not, his inappropriate behavior does not bode well for the departments productivity or his reports job satisfaction. This situation typically would consume a disproportionate amount of HR and management time (to either correct the situation or ask someone like this to leave) but because of his relationship with management there is a sense of entitlement on his part and a 'looking the other way' on management's part. Yes, as previously noted, a 360 was done. So what? No changes have been seen nor should anyone anticipate a 'new man' to walk through the doors! Everyone has a choice- can stay or go. I would guess he is going no where so don't make any decisions based on a fantasy he is out the door.

What about that ad promo deadwood that was poltically promoted to head the group. He has no experience in regulatory or Ad promo reviews... ALL mean ALL that reported to him left by Jan 2017 after his start., 6 position open he was able to fill 3, all of whom have left IN 6 TO 18 MONTHS..he blows budget with consultants who all laugh behind his back and take the money. He gets questions , call consultants or direct reports 1 /1 for answers , under threat of poor reviews or being cut , then goes to meetings and regurgitates deck we had to give him. C Defucko will milk MNK like the rest of management ...rest of regulatory...push for package then run from this quagmire

Forget about the head of Ad Promo, how about the BIG LEADER getting promoted to SVP while layoffs are going on. Bad enough he was a VP of RA and was unable to carry through and effectively represent the function, now that he is SVP will anything really change?? Well Steve, great job again!!!

The entire group is full of inexperienced and not-so-bright individuals. Why should the top dog be anything different?

A foul-mouthed jerk who loves to prey on others for no reason except for the 'sport' of it all! Hides behind his over the top accent, like everyone hasn't figured his BS out!

Left last job in a hurry- going nowhere fast, they found out he is an incompetent (let's just say there were some difficulties going on). Came to Mallinckrodt as he has a strong buddy in Steve- you know, one helps the other out!

Good luck to everyone in and out of regulatory- this guy will try to steamroll over you- watch your back.

I hope Steve noticed all of his traits by now: self-love above all else, passive-aggressive, over analysis of meaningless and minor details, anger directed aimlessly and out right circular talking. God he is a real train wreck. Management needs to realize they may have made an error with this one.

He definitely falls into the bad boss category because he is unable to provide clear direction to his staff, does not share regular feedback but rather openly complains about his reports to others, takes credit when his staff should be rewarded and praised for their accomplishments, and is a man-child that likes to bully people 'just because'.

It says a lot about an individuals ability to lead when the staff that reports to them are happy, relaxed and seeking to stay on board, that is not the case in this instance. What ever happened with the 360 that was done? Sure it has been buried so deep no one will ever find it!

It says a lot about this individual that he has law suits lodged against him.......

Will he be able to keep his entire army when lay-off's come? He leads the most bloated organization in R&D, meetings are top heavy with regulatory staff, most do not need to be at the meetings or support these projects. How was he ever allowed to hire that many people? No logical or honest rationale could support those numbers.

IS and his favorites JW and the blonde RT are a bunch of losers-but the biggest loser SR loves them all. Look at his other pick-CMO-Tunde and his pick the stupid bitch NJ. This is the only company she has lasted over 6 months.
Then there is princess MEA and Defucko.
