Does everyone have to complete an Assessment with G.A.T.E with every job application? The assessment takes a good hour of your time. I passed their silly test a month ago then didn't get an offer. Today I applied for another position and AGAIN I got an email to take the test.

I saw a posting at IQVIA for a Pharma Rep Infectious disease in Los Angeles. Does anyone know which ID product / device is associated with? Thanks in advance

Test is very time consuming - more than 150 questions. Plus you do not receive any email confirmation that the test was received. Waste of effort, in my opinion.

The DM told me in my (phone) interview there was no such thing as a "pass" or "fail". What did you hear to the contrary? My F2F is not 'til Feb.
    Thanks for your response.

The Iqvia site is set up to send you an invite to take the test after your first Iqvia application
AND, after you make a subsequent application that is more than 6 months after the first time you took the test.

And it will definitely take you more than an hour.
The test (most of it in part 2) is set up to attempt to get you to contradict yourself in terms of how you described yourself in part 1 of the test. After all, they're after the truth about your personal and work habits.

Is there a Pass / Fail to this test?
Does it provide a summary of your strengths/ weaknesses?

Thank you for an honest response.
I finished it. It does take better than an hour. The second part can be confusing.
