I’ve got to say... When I joined this company this summer I had high expectations. I thought this was a rare disease company that gets it. What I see is a big pharma small mindset that’s run by the law offices of Jazz & Jazz. I just dunno. I’ve been applying for other jobs. I hope 2020 is better.

Definitely not a safe place and has history of violence at sales meetings. Not all that long ago a very success rep was clubbed to death at a sales meeting. Watch your back over there.

Nobody else who’s been here since June feels this way?

It can be a tough place but I do think the clubbing was a one off fueled by some extra activities that should not happen RIP.

That was an unfortunate event that could happen with any pharma sales mtg. This has nothing to do with the safety of the company.

I interviewed at this company, I felt it had no idea what it was trying to do and had hired people with very little competitive pharma experience.

Hell who wants to chance being clubbed. No can do. That’s brutal.

Remember it was a one-off, fueled by activities and a series of events that unfolded unexpectedly. Many people feel safe here despite the seemingly ongoing series of bad luck situations that have unfolded over the past several years. Overall it’s a good community with perhaps a,few bad eggs.

I do!! I get tired of hearing how great the culture is. If the culture was that great, I would feel it and would not have to be told that.

agreed completely. This place is run by a bunch of cultists who will hunt you down and kick your ass out if you dare to question anything Cozaad and his jazz playing minions decree. Culture is a fantasy at this place.

The current management team is proof that concern about culture is OLD Jazz news.
