As I wind up another year - I always ask myself how the hell did I wind up an such a poor organization that does not value me or my work?

Why do I work for a place that encourages distrust, mockery and back-stabbing by its leadership and employees?

Why do I work at a place that rewards by P Club performance with a 1% raise?

My wife got over a grand bonus from her co. because of the Trump tax cut. I think I got $500 after it was taxed to death.

Why am I not reimbursed for a phone when I conduct 90% of the company business with my PERSONAL phone?

Why don’t people get promoted here unless they aren’t in sales? Why does the company hire from outside the company? Consistently?

The common theme is rotten culture. A fish rots from the head, down.

Hate this place, hate that I had to justify the vacation I used to have.

    Leaving after the New Year

The pay disparity is interesting too.

Trust me, you’ll be glad to put QDX in your rear-view and laugh about being part of such a sham organization!

QDX? Now everyone is laughing at you, son. Meanwhile, at DGX, aka Quest Diagnostics, we are riding high and dominating the market as the industry leaders in Clinical Laboratory Medicine. Something that you obviously know nothing about. Hope this helps.

This really isn’t a burn since you aren’t defending any of the truisms listed above.

Congratulations for the best job you will ever get, sucker.

    Does that help? Lol

    Medicine
is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and preventionof disease. Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness. Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease, typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.[1]

This is why you failed to pass your high school class exam. Why don’t you speak to a subject that you at least have some training with. For example. How many pickles are on a Popeyes Fried Chicken Sandwich? Shouldn’t there be a minimum of three?

Why dont you make like a pickle and DILL WITH IT ? The fact that you contribute absolutely nothing to the discussions, on multiple boards, while not (currently) employed by any of the companies, is SAD. Have a pickle.

The readers of this forum determine the value of the posts and they have spoken with overwhelming support for my efforts. Everyone who’s anyone is well aware of that. Which can only mean that you’re a total nobody who’s too dimwitted to comprehend the content.

I'm now on my second job since working at Quest.

I am making 97.3% more on my base salary and 71% greater on my target bonus.

Let that sink in for second.

Do you deserve to be treated like garbage at a deep discount?
