Niox went through a massive layoff and training got the axe

 

Niox layoffs? Niox is the reason the company exists. So everyone is a Tudorza rep now ??

 

Omg! I was part of Aerocrine and we were so proud to sell Niox. What the heck happened? This is so sad!

 

Acheson is gone?

 

Apparently Niox does not bring in enough money to even support 25 reps....and yes Acheson resigned the day Duaklir launched. The whole sales force feels uneasy and is being headhunted by recruiters. Multiple district manager vacancies, which is unheard of mid-launch.

 

Wow! Things have gone down the tubes quicker than I thought they would

 

Sorry to hear that for all my friends who are still there. I am glad I got out at last year's "restructure". The bottom line is that the business plan is bad and it won't work no matter how little you pay everyone and how few people you have. Applying the Glaxo-consultant templates won't work.

Having said that, I thought the NIOX sales team was the place to be. That is the core product and has some ability to grow. Tudorza is leftovers from other companies.

 

Horrible business plan. Tudorza is expected to pay the bills even though the LAMA market is dying? These reps were set-up for failure and it is only getting worse.

Any thoughts on baselinechanges? Should I be happy or scared that this means comp will only get worse? It looks like upper management has accepted defeat I guess.

 

Look at what has happened in the last 2 years and you have your answers. They keep trying to persuade us that things are getting better but they aren’t

 

You need growth for the ic plan to work. There's been no growth on Tudorza for 5 years. Duaklir ....good inhaler 5 years ago.

 

Is that girl in Chicago named Michaela still there? I’m not sure I’ve ever met anyone so naive and dumb? It’s clear the company was hiring bright talent! NOT.

They hired you, so you're right there at the bottom rung of talent too. It's sad you have to bring down others to make yourself feel better about your own failures.

 

HA! I was hired well in advance of the second round of bottom feeders .. also known as the people with zero pharma experience who didn’t even understand what a prior authorization was????!!!!!

 

You've been there that long and still haven't moved on? Tell me more about your superiority.
