    This entire conversation is erroneous I'd be surprised if this company is even around in six months. BM and Avista haven't been able to dump it off on anyone because the writing is on the wall - weak products, weak pipeline, weak leadership. Is anyone surprised that people are jumping ship left and right?

    There is no pinnacle happening
    No senior rep promotion
    RVL being sold to big pharma
    No salary adjustments

    this is a turd company swirling down the toilet. thanks for such a great meeting..so exciting to see all the good things coming
    like our severance check

    They do not care about the reps here. No investment in them, no salary adjustments, ridiculous goals. Concerns are not addressed. Turnover means nothing here.

    Absolutely weird have never been at a company with such a lack of transparency. Give us national rankings every month. Make our salaries equal based on experience. Be clear about our goals and how they are set. You will never keep talent until this is addressed.

    Agreed! Don't stay - leaving was the best choice I've ever made left for a higher salary, better position, and more reputable company. I say the same thing to all of my former teammates - life is too short, and you're too good a salesperson to work for a company that doesn't value your talent. This place is barely Vertical

    Told all of my key offices a month before I resigned how shitty a company this was to work for and how much cheaper chlorzoxozone is, how much better vyanse is, and how the otc prenatals are just as good. Wish I could say I felt guilty, but I wasn't valued as an employee and was just going through the motions for like the last year of my time here. Hate to see it for my coworkers still stuck in dead end sales roles here, but this place is a dumpster fire

    How can you let 7,8,9 year reps leave without even trying to retain? This IS ending I’ve never seen such fallout so quickly. Their faces say it all. They look miserable. DMs can’t answer questions except ‘great question I wish I had an answer I’ll ask’.....crickets crickets
    Gotta day I can’t wait to leave because the pay really does suck and I can’t keep kissing ass to get these offices to write some shitty old drug..WH Reps are pretty much gone a few left but not valued. My DM said they only hired Neurology Reps for trainers...my friends got dumped from training roles no clue it was coming...all WH. Just answer the question ..
    is RVL going to be sold by present employees or not? It’s really quite sad to see what we have become. Sadly I’m out too and I didn’t want to have to go you made me go.

    Glad you went! This post is illiterate and untrue. If you were at the regional meetings, you would know who was selling what. This lack of value you speak to is from what source? Have you worked elsewhere before? GROW UP IDIOT!

    It’s someone in the home office writing this. There are only a few in charge so it’s not hard to guess. The managers are in the same boat as us.

    No transparency with this company breeds distrust. Unfortunately, TD is not on social media so he is not reading the rants from his team. Not sure about AL. They are doing the best they can with what they have.

    What this company needs is an entire upper-level house cleaning, from the CEO on down - BM is just trying to pump and dump, JD is a liar, TD is a weakling, and AL doesn't have enough faith in her people to allow for any kind of autonomy. Four horsemen of the Apocalypse right there. Nothing will ever change here. Unfortunately, the only way any of them will get the message is when the doors finally close.

    If anyone buys this company it will be because they cannot read financial statements ,
    or see the writing on the wall

    Why these private equity investors keeps the current management is a head scratcher
    They must have billions to burn,
    but they are not selling any stock either, wallstreet is shrewd :starting to recommend this crap company

    Well well well it’s clear you have not.

    The meetings were worse than a free timeshare dinner. The excitement was just amazing AL and TD look
    miserable and tired. It’s a job, true, but a really bad one.

    Because if you have worked elsewhere you would see the comparison.

    TD and AL are the worst speakers ever! Uninspired by them. TD just wants to turn a blind eye when people leave. It is all a reflection on leadership. The DMs are all looking to leave b/c AL micromanager like a DM
