Get ready folks; missing budget by $20+Million will get everyone a reorganizing by April. Got this straight from Chelsea the Great!

Don’t be a doomsdayer, we can make that pretty quickly, it just takes a little more focus and effort

If something needs cut, it is the extra ABD and mid management. Long gone are the days when offices tolerated two people in an account at a time. Most accounts have ban managers. Half of the mgrs are old school with the detail aide mentality and that just doesn’t fly. That led to the restriction in organizations in the first place.

If they want to know why we didn't hit budget maybe they should look at the fact that we lost 60% of our managers and sales force. The managers they hired under Lisa and Libby are worthless. They lead by intimidation not by example. They don't even understand our business...STILL!!!

Maybe we won’t have a 4th area and they will send the pharma (most of the newer RBMs) managers over to cardiovascular division which would suit their skill set better. Some of us were once selling in a surgical setting and assisting with cases so the last thing we need is someone to ‘watch’ over us to see if we know how to strategically use a sample or talk to a provider.

Well, I guess AP isn’t on the SG train anymore? Wonder if he was kicked off or he got off voluntarily.

asked to leave on the day after SG email -stay tuned much more to come for whc wonder why there is no email stating whc is fine if that is what managers are saying.

they could probably say we are ‘fine’ over and over but there is still not a great deal of trust in this culture. Half of the managers are clueless about our business and do not truly care about people on their teams.

Finally an interesting thread on this dumb site. Territories have been too small for too long and there are plenty here that would jump at the chance to catch a severance. Win win.

AP Always supports his teams from rep to managers. Bayer needs more leadership like this not less.

Sebastian is the problem!!! When will everyone wake up and realize he is only here to move us to the Agri centered company we (Monsanto) desire. Worthless culture crap!
