Are you happy selling Ilumya really? There have been people who resigned making $200k plus (including bonus) who would have continued making that & chose to leave making less. WAKE UP LEADERSHIP! WAKE THE F**K UP! Industry high turnover. People are miserable. Lowest morale ever seen in 20+ years of any company. Leadership communicating to reps they are replaceable may be true as people need jobs but not a motivator. Take ownership! Creating culture of disgust, paranoia, and ZERO trust is not "lighting the way"! Friday's call was even a waste of time. RSMs, NSDs enjoy using your AmEx at your bullshit meeting blaming your reps. Why have a meeting anyway? Another idea from one of the braintrust NSDs Sun has put in charge. And before another poster writes "resign then", I am. F U East Region.

I've tried being thankful for having a job, paycheck when a lot of pharma folk out of work. This place though has killed every ounce of positivity I had left. Happy? Hell to the no. I agree with original poster. Sun has misled and setup people to such extremes it makes me physically sick. We are in accounts everyday having our asses handed to us by one Sun disaster after another but RSMs threaten us with PIPs? I am leaving soon and wish everyone good luck stay or go. And yes, having multiple reps promote Ilumya in same territory doesn't speak well of drug or company. Revolving door of reps does not boost confidence with accounts. More delusional thinking of management.

Could the RSMs in the East get back to work so a few of us can resign. Put the wine down and know you'll have a few more openings on your teams. #effectiveimmediately

Not after that long scripted town hall call. Our US people asking questions had to be fakest of all. Embarrassing. Try not to be so obvious you are reading question. Nothing gained from call. Not a damn thing.

waste of time. not happy. resigning. Sun is doing nothing and have done nothing to retain anyone. Good luck having yet another TM in territory, 3rd, 4th.

I think this needs to be more broad and ask, at Sun in general

I joined Sun believing in all I was sold...make a difference, etc. Major disappointment. I recently resigned and took job making less but where I feel I'll be happier. For those of you holding on that have been here before Ilumya launch thinking it's getting better I hope it does for you. I made up mind on last district call this was not for me. Work more, make less. I don't fault anyone on my team if they don't make plan but Sun setting up team payout causes more fractures. Business decisions make zero sense, leadership that consistently drops the ball, and an RSM that bad mouths teammates are tip of iceberg of what's no other word but toxic here.

Does all 3 Derm franchises do their NSM together?

Sadly, no, because there’s so much animosity between them. It’s my belief that one time we were together, I thought it was going to get physical. But that’s on the alleged seniors leaders -

im pretty sure two RSMs either quit or were fired this week along with 3 TMs. And they just be stupid.

No. It's awful when everyone is together especially evening events when alcohol starts flowing. Very icy towards Ilumya salesforce, brutal. It's not just the men running their mouths or starting fights.

The continual parade of resignations is unbelievable. When did this start? Why has nobody in management started a retention project? This level of turnover is unheard of in the history of Biologics...but nobody cares? Is this real or are we all being punked?

Resignations started after drug launched and not slowing down, 60-70% turnover, TMs resigning after 3-5 months, taking jobs making less to get out of Sun. Talent retention been spoken about, lip service about giving support, but when it comes down to it they view everyone as expendable. It's a disaster and an embarrassment. Going into office as 3-5th rep is bad.
