Thank you for your response. I will post if I hear anything. Please feel free to do the same - if comfortable. Wishing everyone the best!

For the people who get offers, what color tie did you have on? Conversely, what color ties did the ones rejected have on?

I feel there is a lot to learn from this experiment. TIA

    Subaru Forester or Chevy Equinox.

Rental for a while until they come in.

Salary range anywhere from like $65k-100k base depending on years experience. Doesn’t really matter what you want, it’s about what your experience commands. It’s primary care and psych. $28k bonus. Fleet vehicle, Rogue, Equinox, or Outback. This is what I’ve been told.

Those are some decent rides. Sounds like ok gig -what about 401k match?

401k match was one of the best in the biz... think the basic match was like 100% match up to like 4 or 5% maybe, so pretty standard... but then they give like an additional 4% of salary automatically every year at the end of the year, and then that jumps to 7% every year once you’ve been there 3 years. So the way I understood, if you stay 3 years +, you get like an additional 11% put in on top of whatever you contributed.

No, it's 7% after 3 years and you are performing. There is no 11%. Sorry

Above is incorrect. Matching regular 401k during the year, 3-4 % something like that. Then, at end of year is another retirement bucket of money 4% of salary years 1-3. Year 4 it jumps to 7% of salary dumped into your 401k in addition to the “regular” matching 401k during the year. So yes it’s essentially 11% after 3 years. It adds up nicely

That’s pretty sweet, nine will get you 20... That’s a good deal

Yep, I have confirmed that... Extra 7% on top of regular match after year 3... it’s really impressive... even if base salary is average, the benefits take it over the top for the majority of PC gigs that I’ve seen.

I did hear back but I know the manager for the position I was pursuing. Was told the majority of candidates from the first 2 weeks will hear back next week sometime now, as many candidates are still interviewing for the first time in open territories today and tomorrow.

Does anyone know if PO will be the one calling or the HM with regards to offers?

    I believe it is HM.
