Good Lord, I (almost) considered working for your company in the NE area. The recruiter said the “manager is solid and very well respected” by his team. Man, glad I passed up on this circus. Good luck to you.

You must be one of the new sycophants on our team that Steve thinks is so "crazy good", which really means you were the best of the worst he could find dumb enough to work here, and for him no less.

An upcoming week of nothing but Steve and our "dangerously good" team! I'm so excited that I'm shaking like a sadomasochist at the sight of a dildo! You know how we like it Steve...talk down to us about our account strategies...order us to perform sales miracles...force your opinions in that arrogant way only you can...dominate our spirits with stories of Thompson's greatness till we erupt! Only a dickhead like you can straighten us out!

If he’s so despised, he must know obviously as he can read this and we all know there are plenty of scorned former reps from Amgen, ipsen, Novartis etc. I heard he has a lot of money from his Amgen stock from way back in the day so why does he even need to work? Why not just cut out and stop pissing people off all over the industry?

Well I know a lot of people from a bunch of his former stomping grounds that truly despise this guy so it’s only a matter of time that he will be blackballed. It’s too bad it didn’t happen sooner though. It’s not a secret what’s going on with him at Coherus. Believe me people have been talking about it because he’s just been to so many places and affected so many current oncology reps and managers. Kudos to his team members for speaking up on this board otherwise the story would’ve been quelled

Congrats Eg on his promotion to VP of Sales! A true leader and a great move for our org! Wasnt that supposed to be your job Ss? You guessed the timing of these promotions right, and all the way back in June no less! It however appears as though only part of your prophecy came true. In fact it looks like your past not only caught up, but ran right the fuck over you.

You mean the same SS who brags about how his salary at hire exceeded the tier at which he functions, and far beyond the pay of the RSD position he occupies alongside his peers? The same SS who describes how leadership broke the HR rules bc he is CTs "boy?" That SS? The one that brags about being "untouchable" to his team? That SS? The one that is already "rich" from Amgen so "who cares?" That SS? Why have salary bands if they are so easily broken is the only question. The world wonders what HR would say.
