    She surrounds herself with friends because she has absolutely no idea what she is doing. The turnover in Market Access is a direct result of her zero understanding of market dynamics.
    She is also single handedly responsible for the resignation of the majority of the field. Overriding KC during the launch. Her knee jerk responses after field rides. She had the field running in circles (ie. chasing samples, after directing to restrict samples) but the cherry on top was paying HALF A MILLION DOLLARS to unemployed “Consultant/FRIENDS” to do week long ride alongs.
    The field was hoping the BOD would make changes and bring on real leadership. But ACOR is just a piggy bank for all of “leadership” including the BOD. And the bank is about to run dry...

    Wow wat a hit job on Top Leaders ! Wat a load of bs. Those consultants were top notch people who critically reviewed (6 sigma methodology) the field teams! Many improvements suggested. Many improvements made.

    Management does not read these posts but give them credit for their dedication and effort to execute the rebound. Throwing out hardball attacks on them 24/7 is just a way for field rank n filers to rationalize our poor performance.

    Habib, they are responsible for the failures and since there is no rebound, they have nothing but a track record of poor performance.

    I can imagine they don’t want to see what is posted here, which is why they pay you to spin their backwards narrative.

    There is not one analyst who would categorize ACORs performance or prospects as being in the rebound range.

    Top notch you say... asked more questions to learn about business, when they should be experts in this area. Also paid regardless of out come so no downside for them. You got bamboozled, now u pay they price... that must be MENSA strategy.

    And now that one third of the field has resigned (more to come), who will these consultants ride with? They have a contract - they get paid no matter what......unlike the field!

    Contracts can be avoided if Legal did their job in the Terms n Conditions. But most likely the consultants can 'double up ' on the ride alongs. Their insights can be very useful.
