I mean we did grow 6%... Did anyone look at the slide during the corporate overview looking at total universe versus called on universe.... The people were not calling on are still growing... We're just not getting paid for them

 

Yes we did grow the TXR market by 6%. However, we only grew by .87% in relation to market share of the topiramate market which is what we are bonused on. Unless Supernus is going to start bonusing us off of how much we great the TXR market (6%) they need to shut the hell up with that BS. It's all intended to deceive and manipulate the reps without a brain.

 

They are running out of “reasons” to “realign” territories “in our best interest” so that they don’t have to pay bonuses on those docs we got to write. The leftover crap/hard offices are the .87 growth. That still says good things about the reps working them. Good job guys. You are making chicken salad out of chicken $h*t.

 

Don’t forget where you came from. Maybe your salary was $30k... I’ll stick to my cushy base with no performance reck.

 

I don’t know about anyone else, but I made $85k before I bought into the idea that I’d eventually make more with pharma, only to be stolen from and lied to. The name of the game is to continually do better, dummy.
