I can only agree that the product is very good and contrary to some opinions is really genuine and has a backup in literature and research. The question is whether they will follow the LG and Samsung route and improve their marketing. If so - they will be successful. Few years ago everybody in car business was laughing at Hyundai...

anyone work for this company? can someone tell me what the typical base salary, car allowance and commission structure is for a hiossen or osstem sales rep?

how is the turnover? Seems like they are always hiring sales reps... Do they do ridealongs as part of the interview process? Do they provide any leads or is it all cold calling? Thanks!

Worst company to ever get into, they work you hard, if you’re not Korean they treat you like A second-class citizen, they have no direction they’ve gone through three CEOs in the last five years, they promote managers who have no experience, but R Korean.
They have no formalized sales training once you do their new hire training, I’ve seen sales reps in the office for three weeks doing emails, because their manager will not talk to them. Pay is half what you get in a reputable American company.
They say they’re in American company because their headquarters are based in Pennsylvania, but they just import all the Koreans over here, from Osstem.

 

Ran into their rep and he did not look happy. Yes unless yo are Korean and speak their language you are going nowhere it does not matter how good you are. They have a Korean KOL that practices here in the US that thinks he is all that. Sorry guy you are only good among your countrymen who practice here. The company is a horrible company and anyone who works for them either needs the job or has no self worth.

 

This company is still paying all reps since middle March to stay at home and still going. I AM SHOCKED!!!

 

not surprised, the reps make nothing anyways.
