    You can resign effective Jan 1 and you will be paid your Q4 bonus, on April 15th, or whenever Q4 bonus are paid. You get 50% of your PTO, unless you are in one of the states that requires employers to pay out 100% of remaining PTO days

    Even after you leave the company, they will send you a check ln April for your bonus? I find that hard to believe

    Yes, they will. I resigned in June and received my full Q2 IC in September.
