    It is obvious that many people posting are those that did not get the job. I had a great experience and wanted to share my view. We were able to meet many of the leaders prior to the interview, which was fantastic! I have never seen that before. The 2 DMs I interviewed with were amazing, they made it very relaxing and comfortable, which I appreciated. The senior leaders seemed real and genuine, not title driven. Yes, it was a long process, both the phone interview wait time and the day of the live interviews. But I expected it as I was given a heads up that it would be. And with speaking with other candidates that day, no one went in not expecting that it could be a long day. I do understand how that could be frustrating for anyone that did not get the job. As far as complaining about the hotel, that's just sad. Better than a hotel lobby or restaurant, and they provided us with food and drinks which I appreciated.

    The company seems fantastic, and they spoke alot about the values found on the website, I hope they mean it. I am excited to join the company and my new DM seems great, I have heard nothing but amazing things about her from people who work at her previous company. Maybe I got lucky, but all the managers I met seemed excited and genuine. If you are interviewing, do your research and this thread should NOT be part of it. More people didn't get an offer than did, so there will definitely be more venting here than positive

    brownnose much? Your glad half full approach might work in kissing up to the brass but you are missing the point. If you were offered a job, then that means that you had your second interview shortly after your first interview with the two DMs. There was no holding pattern for you. There was no “go sit in this room for 9 hours waiting to hear something” for you. There were no lies from the hosts telling you that “you are still in the mix but we have fallen behind so you’ll have to have a virtual second interview” for you. There was no hope of that virtual interview actually happening only to find out that someone else was offered the position and accepted. I’m happy for you that you were offered a job but the reality is that a lot of really good cardiology reps are extremely pissed about the process. If you are a Novartis rep and this company comes calling, would you leave after reading this? If you get offered a position a few months down the road when the inevitable vacancy happens, would you interview based upon how you were treated? If you did accept a job, would you have the same loyalties that you would have had you been better treated? You are the royalty asking “what in the world are the peasants so upset about?!?” For arguments sake, let’s assume that the drug doesn’t get approved. Will you be as content with the whole three month process then when you don’t have a job? After all, when was the last time that you heard a company saying “if the drug gets approved”? Never? It’s always “when it gets approved”.

    Holy shit you are high on stink ass! You're very easily impressed if you thought this circus was good. I'm now relieved that I didnt get the job. Stringing people along for a week. "We're the lipid company"-how full of themselves can they get? They have one drug. And its nothing more than Zetia 2. You speak so highly of your "Regional Manager." Thats great-the managers I saw and researched were all pretty much those who have job hopped for most of their career. Or came from companies that failed. Like Aralez. Get real. I'll be interested to see what they do to you fine folks for quota's. My understanding is they were expecting huge results, immediately. They couldn't tell me the payer landscape in my territory, but they guaranteed access. That better be true or you're in for a long, hard ride. As much as you were over impressed, I was that much under-impressed. You'll get some use, but its not going to be anything like what the company is expecting. You shall see grasshopper.

    Truly don’t be so bitter, it’s a crap drug with zero outcomes that won’t be able to do shit. You will look back in a year or two and thank your lucky stars.

    You're probably right. Its just a big letdown. Certain things were done that made me feel that it was going to work. Strung along big time. And used my information to help them along. Never again. Good riddance

    So lets get this straight, seems like a lot of people on here that didn't get the job, are bitter and anonymously reacting, BUT are still consistently on the thread to comment? Obsess much? Time to brush up that resume and move on...

    Panel I interviewed with said they expected “hundreds” of scripts the first 30 days per territory. I barely held in my laughter.

    Here's what I like. Company says that its CEO is a "co-founder of Lipitor." Total bullshit. Bruce Roth discovered the drug, not big Newton. Go check it out and see for yourself. They didn't go to school together either. What a bunch of fucking liars. In less than a year people will be bailing right and left. You shall see. For those that did get offers, good luck. You're going to need it. Oh yes, that won't even do it for you.

    ‘That is hilarious ! It’ll be a one handed operation, as in reps will still be counting their weekly scripts on one hand 18 months post launch. What a farce.
