WISH WE HAD TIME TO SELL !

We reps are spending more time sitting at home doing needless paperwork than spending time in the field selling. It is the most unusual way to run a pharma company with great products. I am begging for more time in the field, but the plethora of "to do's" and district manager demands for this and that simply is taking the reps out of the field FAR MORE than any manager has a clue of. My god, folks, pleasssssse, just let us sell, and we will make the numbers. Please cut out all these needless, endless busy work demands that take our daily focus off selling. Y'all are killing us.....and your business.
