HR won't answer so let's ask the community: What raise/offer did you get to stay?

I am hearing a few offers of 3% raise, one person got less than that....

I hope all of these pioneers give GNE a big FU!!!! and take the package, so they will have to repost positions and screw up the launch timeline of this epic "Hindenburg". I certainly will not be staying for that laughable amount.

I gotta say there is a lot of bitterness on DNA forums.

    3%, 4%, 7%? I don't think that's a lot.

Hmm...Anything less than a 10% raise will not make most of us stay, when they showed us the midpoint salary. Pretty much any one of us from any franchise can go to a competitor and get a 20% raise plus the severance. We are going to lose a lot of territory business and disease state knowledge. You only get an opportunity once in your career to be a free agent..

    3% + merit
    5% + merit
    7% including merit

So I’m guessing you were not a math or accounting major.

Just for the record, Retina select favorites got retention bonuses! They were given to maintain “key” relationships. What about those who actually sell something instead flying to SF and have no clue in how to run their business?
JL tells the sales team he didn’t get a retention bonus. Maybe because you haven’t done a F’n thing, except tell irrelevant stories, in a poor attempt to relate to a sales team in which you only interact with limited members

I’ve heard 3-5% raises from several sources. Not sure that’s enough to get anyone to stay after all they have put us through and all the empty promises.
