Agreed! The one slide that was shown with the territories with largest growth was laughable, pure BS!
Majority of those areas are terrible and the reps have left! The goals became so low, no wonder there was an increase. I believe the one with 667% is on its 4th rep!
What about the other 25 or so territories that aren’t in high volume or super low volume areas? Just being left out in the cold.

You are not a NAS, therefore you do not have a clue.

The 667% was due to territory being empty for 7 months and no TF’s.....6TF’s makes you look like a hero in six months

Yes the territory was empty and clearly hadn't been worked. Goals in that territory have never been high, always at the bottom and the person in there now didn't get 6 forms in a quarter to grow it 667%, they got 20. It has only had 1 other rep, not 4.

More NAS to leave not just those who work for TC. Goals are inappropriate for rare disease drug. Little or no money to be made. Uncertain Future of company. Seems new leadership wants to sell drug and or company to make money. If they want people to stay adjust NAS salaries to match industry specialty pharma rare disease salaries, create realistic bonus plan (based on changing PD marketplace, access, rare disease status) and quickly share future plans of company.

If you want rare disease money, go to a rare disease company, not one with reformulated extended release products.

The rebating required for extended release doesn’t allow for a company like this to pay like a biotech with an innovative orphan product.

Adamas has the cash to pay the NAS what they deserve for all their efforts to get this medicine to patients irregardless of rebates. Im sure they are paying all the new senior leadership big bucks! Wihout the NAS the company gets no revenue! GET IT!

It comes down to unless you are in one of the top 10-15 high volume territories, you will make little to no bonus. The only other way is if territory has performed low for several quarters and outrageous quota has been lowered.
If you are in one of the other 30 or so territories, hopefully you have some irons in the fire elsewhere.

If you want a real job in Rare Disease Neuro Look @ Alnylam.Onpattro for Rare Disease Hereditary Transtheritn Amyloidosis. Reps making 195k in base, 60-100k in bonus. All the banter on here but nobody has shared the range for base pay and what the target bonus is? Inquiring minds what to know so they can determine if they want to apply.
