It’s wrong that the good people at Arjo will lose their jobs soon. Arjo US is nose diving fast!

According to Q3 2019 financial report, USA seems to be doing well. Not clear how much come from the bed deal nor if inherent costs ( warranties) were factored in. Any insights on other deals going wrong?

i am a veteran of IC as well. Was there for 35 years and all in service. After reading the comments about IC a service, I can only say how twisted and wrong you have it. If you are still in IC god help Getinge because you don’t get it. Let me help you. T Cook ran IC Service for over 18 years and did an amazing job growing the business. By far best of the best. When he left, it was around 70million in revenue with great margin. Dorsey only stepped in as interim and made it clear that his job was to accelerate the growth and get into new segments that Service had refused to participate in past such as partnerships with Aramark, GE and TriMed. The business did grow over 100million but there was a freeze on pricing increase specially on parts and service packages. He then handed it over to Ismael D and he continued to work the same path. Dorsey left Getinge and then Ismael after year and half. It was then Getinge Exec decided to make changes like getting rid of old senior techs etc. The customer satisfaction was much higher before these changes. Both Dorsey and Ismael helped service managers with even personal issues and any support that was needed for work. Not many execs do that. The decline in Getinge Service is because of the team now unraveling everything they did.

I don’t know Anne but i know Dorsey would never want that job. He even told me that he could never handle being a ceo. Ismael, Mark b, Rob f, Todd b those guys guys did the heavy lifting. I read all the comments and wonder what is going on in people’s mind. I am a religious person and maybe that’s where is it coming from. IC service at peak had satisfied customers like Mayo, John Hopkins, UCSF etc.

In my humble opinion, people are cowards and spiteful. I pray for you all to get better. As a 35+ employee who left Getinge, I have nothing but thankful memories of the company that helped provide for my family.

    Ps. Get a life people...

Recently a colleague, a friend, got fired by Sigouin’s team. He worked over 30 years as a rep. He built Arjo from scratch in his territory. He was Mr. positive always available to help. He won numerous awards and got flushed like a simple waste. Anne: really? It’s the sole of Arjo you went after. Guys: check at the upcomimg national meeting who’s missing, you’ll be shocked.

How embarrassing when you google Arjo’s NA leader, and this is the first link you see on google. Great read! Do Dan & Chris still have brown noses? lol

I have read this thread, and it's the same issues Sigouin created at J&J. Not sure about her testing equipment though.

I’m a 20+ year IC service employee and I I can attest that I’ve personally heard Dorsey and most of the people he brought over say that they working Anne out so that Dorsey can take over. I have no ill will against those guys. They treated me fine. It’s just the way business works.

Dorsey is a natural leader, unlike Sigouin. She did too many bad moves which alienated both customers and employees. She may have been told to do so, yet she lost her credibility in the process. Sweden will have no choice to replace her at some point. The sooner the better.

Yet So much got erased! The truth is out there, Sigouin pack up your belongings and go back north. We need a true leader, someone credible.

Right last year’s financial report was postponed for USA, wonder why.

You’ll have your answer in next financial release. If they’re no USA restrictions it means something went wrong last year.

Anyone knows what happened? Why leaving when you signed the deal of the century?

It was the front end of the deal that paid off for him. The company will be paying for this deal for years to come.

Just find out this thread about Anne Sigouin. The last 2 years Arjo share increased substantially, partly due to North America ( at least as per financial statements). So whatever she does it works.
