    Over a year ago Namal and Skip hired the best of the best to fix our backorders. Bought new machines and brought on the machinists to get us out from under all of this. Backorders are worse now then ever before. Product launches are delayed till who knows when? Thoughts?

    No. You deserve support. Our Operations leader has no idea how to run medical device operations.

    Skippy is not the answer to the problems we face.

    New product launches are one thing to miss but holes in our bread and butter day to day products is completely different and unacceptable.

    It’s wasn’t just compensation that Namal was upset about. He bailed before it really hit the fan. He knew there was no way to fix it! Backorders are at the worst point right now.

    Super Bowl and we are out running around getting implants from other accounts to cover cases tomorrow. Ridiculous, FedEx doesn’t deliver or Memphis forgot to send stuff. Backorders are killing this company and only getting worse.
