    68/68 sales reps feeling exactly the same. Q1 goals are insane and punishment for blowing away Q4 goals and they have to pay out a lot in bonus. Coverage sucks. I believe everyone is sticking around at this point in hopes of getting sold and cashing in. Otherwise, many will leave like the chic in Chicago who by the way worked for Jazz prior. She knew this market well and that we can't compete with Jazz under our current operations. Can't wait for the cheerleading from RBD's after their meeting this week----- kidding

    This launch definitely exposed at least a few people who are in positions that they have no qualifications for. Dirks, Bill, and Roger

    Its not Kate's fault. Its no one persons fault. She does act very defensive..as if she has control of the Hub. She should have requested change of policy and hired qualified employees at the Hub and held them accountable! The company is small enough to make the proper changes fast. Sadly, all of the Hub employees should be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan.
    TRUTH is Sales Operations whom oversee the Hub's failing distribution process of the product will be held accountable to the investors.
    Reps are paid on pull through. The Hub is in control of the reps compensation with their horrible performance.
    What is coming in Q2 and Q3 Watch the reps leave. Reps are motivated on performance opportunity. Hub is taking away from reps opportunity to perform. you sould never mess with a reps opportunity of compensation. Eventually, providers so frustrated with the Hub they stop prescribing. Who knows. maybe they would have wriien twice as much already if it was better. just imagine. Believe the reps are praying they sell soon...so a qualified company can come in a fix the Hub or get rid of it completely, ultimately the patients will finally get their product faster and benefit..from its efficacy.

    Not a good situation right now in the Salesforce. Discouraged and frustrated with the lack of transparency and patronizing communication. The lack of rare disease experience is the root of the issues and short sided decision making. Please someone buy us!!!!!

    We found out everything we needed to know with the policy of the home office personnel being directed to stay at home and the sales force directed to stay in the field. Reckless and irresponsible. Feck off mates. I’m out @ first opportunity.

    Over half the company is not making their target bonus several are getting a big fat $0....and this is 100% related to out of sales hands coverage but, way to go everyone on getting the company to its goal FOR THE YEAR, in 6 months, during the most stressful time in all our lives. #hattip so disappointing

    How is this company to join? Is it worth leaving from another pharma gig to joint his? i am concerned that Harmony is just interested in selling and then salesforce is dispersed. thoughts?

    Worst company to work for. Managers favor specific employees to work with. Make one mistake and you get your head ripped off, that’s why I am considering leaving.

    Do not go to this dump unless you want a paycheck as you look for another job. By far the worst mistake of my career has been Harmony.
