Take it while you can. They will replace you with a high school dropout with a hourly rate in the future . With the way they are going, I think they would bypass field sales all together someday. The leveling up was bullshit. It is your merit increase in exchange for being micromanaged and taking on more work.
It was a nice merit increase. No more. The only people that were “leveled up” were people that did not do that job before, like a CS to FRM...because the lower level isn’t an option. Really terrible how they sold it.
