What does earning call tell us about bonus pay out?

Good to hear but there are some managers telling their staff that bonuses won’t be good. What is that all about?

 

Bonuses have not been good here for at least 10 years.

 

This means the boss grabbed more of the bonus share for himself/herself, and has left less for you
