Poor performing reps always want to blame a manager or someone else in leadership.

 

Well since over 3/4 of the reps in each tower are poor performers what does that say about management? They're either bad at hiring or bad at execution!

 

funny that reps are placed on Pips,,, but you don’t see RD’s or even worst mgr’s on pips. !!
Mgrs these days are overpaid. All they do is approve a exp report. And type a coaching report, based on “your current ranking”.
Doesn’t matter, if you did everything correct
during that 1.5 field day. Lol.

They don’t do much.

 

Clearly the RD that was demoted was the worst of the 4!
