Saving money is the wave of the future and contract reps are the wave of the future. The days of $ pharma reps are ending. It is like the wave of driverless trucks and other tech - obsolete.

I brlieve the cut of a CSO force was a legal move. Now they are free to hit the layoffs in a big way. Afterwards all expansion is in CSO. The old timers are just trying to ride it to the end. Middle agents are in denial that they picked the wrong industry. Young starlets...well they are just looking for a series of quick hits before marrying well. Any which way this show is about to run the credits. As for JBI? The biosim insured that the credits run even earlier. Aka you are screwed:) teehee

It is funny that if you ask a question about Janssen here the answer often comes back talking about JBI, Perhaps have to say Janssen Pharma?

I'm talking about Janssen CNS not jbi, so what's going on in SoCal? Any pretend promos the rbd can talk about? It's been a long time since Darwinism was in okay.

Well he was successful by making sure that nobody went anywhere in their career if it helped So. Cal. .. He apparently was entitled to a career just not others. Not a bad guy but u weren't going anywhere.

They are busy replacing J&J reps with contract reps . I wonder if they realize that when all the J&J reps have been replaced with contractors , the J&J Managers themselves are no longer necessary?

Oh, they know. It explains why DMs and RBDs do everything in their power to maintain their number of direct reports.

But that strategy won't work for much longer.

    They know that.

We should put strong J&J sales people who are clinical in areas where we can see doctors.

And where exactly might that be?

GPs in Buford, WY? Nurse Practitioners in Cottonwood, SD? Maybe PCPs serving patients in the thriving metropolis of Thurmond, WV?

Yeah, I believe that after the "surprise" reorg or so it was positioned, there was a loss of headcount that surprised a few people in So. Cal.
Perhaps a set up for lay offs from cardio? Not sure what is in the works that would bring on new "employees" vs more contractors.

So Cal is so quiet at the moment that it is a little weird. Survival mode?
