I’m applying for a position with Millicent Pharma- contract under eversana. Never heard of either of them. Can’t find anything on Millicent. I see a few reps work there on LinkedIn but that’s about it. Anyone have any insight to this company? Pay, benefits, culture, etc.?

You are absolutely correct, Millicent corporate is just a bunch of jack asses, and at the top of the helm is Andy and Anne marie who seem to still be under investigation from a previous venture. Not surprising since they’re both shady as hell when it comes to sales tactics.( Buying business) Worst company I’ve ever worked and definitely the worst corporate staff. They promote shady sales tactics and need to be shut down. Now that they’re not doing things illegally and buying business, they’re super pissed that they can’t grow their business at the same rate so they’re quickly laying people off.
Now I am a telesales rep. Ridiculous. I feel like I am yelling for someone here to throw me a life jacket to save me from drowning with this company.
Our life jacket is to get our resumes up to date. I feel bad for those who just left a steady job to come over here.
I was displaced last month and I am still angry. I turned down two other offers because I bought the story that my VP sales and manager sold to me. Shame on them. Now look where I am.
I suppose no one could have predicted this. I wish things were back to as they were before this crap.
To the original poster, this is probably a jolly good time to apply to Millicent. I just found out from a teammate who is still there that they got a new product and will be expanding. Oh....but they just let half the sales force go 2 months ago (and a manager). So clearly they care about their peeps a lot. Yeah, I was laid off from them and I have no job and can’t pay the power bill...
