Lytics got retention bonus too!

    Just found out lytics got retention bonuses too. Explains their attitude last week and why they’re getting jobs across all brands in the pioneer ecosystems.

    unbelievable! It honestly amazes me that they give out retention bonuses while laying off some of the best people. So sad. I imagine the sales people are motivated like no other...the FRMs are probably doing minimal to survive, and everyone else...well, they have been doing nothing for years. Government affairs probably the exception

    The sales people are NOT motivated. The choices have been made already. Choices where made far in advance. Retention bonuses were made over a month ago. The job postings and interview process is a facade and charade. Waste of everyone’s time.

    You are right. The retention bonus decisions were made long before the process. The interview process is a joke and cover-your-ass exercise. When they decided to choose this fuzzy mindset crap over your performance and body of work as the criteria, we should know that this a rigged game.

    EVERY franchise gave out retention bonuses so if you didn’t get one think long and hard about your value here. Stop trying to figure out who did and didn’t. Stop confronting people and insisting you know they did get one. Focus on YOURSELF and gaining employment either here or elsewhere.

    Yes - ever franchise has been able to give retention bonus. No retention bonus = they don't give a crap about you staying. Read between the lines!

    The retention process is rigged like the DNC Iowa Caucus. Clown show like every Dem candidate. Laughable.

    I think most of us don't even have any issues with the downsizing and the dopey ecosystem crap. We just don't trust these shady senior management clowns who treat us like we were born yesterday. You have to be an idiot to believe anything they say. They cannot make a decent business decision if their life is depending on it. So grab your life jacket if you are "lucky" enough to stay. The interview game is rigged and now everyone knows it. Get the job. Pick up the checks every 2 weeks. But don't give them your loyalty. They will dump you on Valentine's day. And they do...

    Outsider, job seeker here. There are several positions posted for my area. Based on the comments in this thread, I'm guessing this isn't due to expansion. Is this a situation of an organization posting positions "for the record", while in fact the positions will be reshuffled among remaining (current) employees? I got excited for a moment by the potential opportunities.

    They will only really consider external if no qualified internal candidates.
    For the last round, there were territories/regions without qualified internal candidates and they kept it open longer or hired tier B people. They want to avoid that.
    I would suggest you apply if interested.
    BE WARNED: this is not the old Genentech. This is now big pharma. We will also continue to see re-orgs like this for the next year or two. So if you are Ok with those two things then apply away.

    Of course they did. Only the chosen ones. Mostly the CS’s RCM, OAM. Not the FRM’s. People will start jumping to greener pastures. Management should have offered to all or none. Sneaky and dishonest, Jimmy.
