They put all lunches on their personal card and then “hope” to be paid back. Before aytu they were paid weekly. Then in December Aytu took over 4-6 weeks to pay them back! Nice. Right at Christmas when reps are trying to buy presents for their kids they now have thousands of dollars of unpaid lunches that is now their responsibility!! Merry Christmas
30 years of pharma experience here. Personal cards are best for rewards points, and 4-6 weeks in not extensively long for reimbursement. Stop trying to find ANYTHING to whine about. If a rep can’t buy Christmas gifts without 4-6 weeks of lunch reimbursement, then said reps need to re-evaluate their financial wellness and personal spending. Sounds like they have overextended themselves financially.
